I'm trying to remove the output shaft seal.....how in the world did you get it out?
Chuck: Yeah, its not easy. I have done it and am going to put up a tutorial. I used an allen wrench "L" shaped. I stuck the short part of the "L" into the counter shaft seal openeningand turned ot so that it was behind the sealand then pull on the allen wrench with pliers. |

Hey there Chuck, love the site. Can you make primary & secondary injecters pump 2gether at low & high rpm?
Chuck: Hi Jamo, injector firing and duration are controlled by the ECU. You could make them fire together and map your ECU very lean low RPM and rich mid-high RPM. It wouldn't be likely that you could do this and come close to stock performance (would be bad). If you are having boggnig issues then you should do the TPS/ TB, TRE, fuel filter, plugs, ECU mapped. |

Chuck: Hey Alex, I'm not sure about the gauges -definately start a thread on tlzone.net and tlplanet.com -they will know. For memorial day, my uncle is having a party at his new house. Nothing else going on...

CHUCK I HAVE TROUBLE STARTING MY BIKE ITS A 1998 MODEL AND I SUSPECT PRIMING IS THE PROBLEM HOW DO I CHECK FUEL PRESSURE THANKS IN ADVANCE...
Chuck: I'm not sure that fuel pressure is the issue. Typically lack of fuel pressure will effect mid to high RPMs (bogging). I would suggeest the electrical fix first and do all the regular maintenance. Plugs, battery, new gas, air filter, oil change... |

Chuck: Check your side stand switch and your tip over sensor (TOS). Turn the ignition on with the bike in neutral then tap on your TOS. Its the little black box on the fuel tank bracket under the drivers seat. |
