The rear tounge has broken off completely. I am thinking JB weld or epoxy to replace the broked plastic, then repeating your fix same as the front.
Chuck: Wow -how did you manage that? Yeah you could try that or some type os nifty looking finish bolt or rivet that goes right through |

Chuck: You only need 1/4 watt but any wattage will work. 47K = Yellow Purple Orange, 15K = Brown Green Orange |

Hey chuck followed your standard can mods and then chopped 9inch off them. Sound awesome and will look good with a bit of paint. Cheers for tips Phil
Chuck: Glad you like the new sound :) 9 inches is quite a bit... must growl nicely. |

Hey Chuck, I have been having issues starting my 03 TL. Most times it wont start and I have to jump it or push start.
Chuck: Start off with the electrical fix, fresh battery, and new plugs. |

I ride a TLR, and want to convert to the TLS radiator and oil cooler. Since it's hot here I'll need a fan switch. Where can I find out how to do that?
Chuck: Look on tlplanet.com and tlzone.net, do a search for "fan mod" |

Hey Chuck, love your fighter! I'm working on one myself. Did you just cut the factory tail? Kinda want to bob mine, but your tail looks great.
Chuck: Yep, it is the stock tail chopped. I shopped the passenger part of the subframe and cut a stock R tail plastic. The R plastic needed some fiberglass to get the peak "hump" look |

chuck im in tx and i need to have my ecu checked i have no spark any reliable place?
Chuck: its probably not your ECU. Maybe regulator/ stator/ coils could be the issue? I had a similar problem and cleaned up my stator to fix the issue. Always start by changing the plugs -I have fouled brand new plugs after 1 bad start :( |

everyday from cold, soon as i take of it strains4power, until about 15mins later when its back to normal? 16kmiles can the clock be fixed on this?
Chuck: Make sure your coolant is full. Sounds like you are running the cold map until the temp sensor pickes up that the bike is warm. Some earlier models had the temp sensor in the wrong place and there is a mod to move the temp sensor... |
