The stock TL throttle requires you to re-adjust your hand in order to fully
open the throttle. So Lohman (Rifleman is his tlzone.net and tlplanet.com handle) from Double Z
Racing in Chicago designed this throttle insert that makes the throttle more
responsive. No more grip readjustment needed for full throttle!

Here is how it is done:

The throttle
Remove the 3 screws at the bottom |

|
Cut the forwad cable sleeve
|
|
|
|
|
Nibble off the bit of leftover sleeve
|
|
|
|
|
|
Remove excess plastic sheild
|
|
|
|
Remove inside plasctic
|
|
|
|
|
Throttle insert is in!
|
|
|
Caution: You are messing with the throttle! If you do
this wrong you can kill yourself. Take your time and do it right.
